What to do when I feel confused?

Sometimes I feel confused. I don’t know what I’m doing and what I want to do. So how do I deal with myself?

Recenter & Ground Yourself

Focus on right now, where you are physically.

Breathe deeply three times.

Tell yourself: “I love myself”.

And do you.

What needs to be done for yourself?

Have you fed yourself?

Have you drank water?

Have you done your laundry?

Does your home need a clean?

Is there this letter that needs posting?

Do you need to go get this thing you keep saying you’re going to get?

Attend to your daily life and allow the rest to unfold.

In times of confusion, I focus on the human me in my human environment.

One step at a time.

Embrace here and now.
