How to wake up consciously?

I’m sleeping and I’m waking up. I do that everyday. It’s one of my habits to wake up so I choose to make this regular moment a blissful experience. And as I’m waking up everyday, I know I can train on the best way for myself to start my day. This is cool.

Let’s create a new supportive habit for yourself: Awake consciously.

When I wake up, I become consciously active. I become aware of what’s happening. Sometimes it feels very similar to yesterday but is it really? Everyday is unique and every time you wake up you are different from before. That’s how it is, we live in a permanent change.

The permanent impermanence allows us to create our own experience at every moment. If it was always the same we wouldn’t be able to experience like we do. If change was not, I’m not sure we would be able to think about wanting something different. So here it is….changing 😊

What’s happening when I wake up?

I realize I’m back here, on earth. When I wake up from sleeping, I come back to my earthy reality: back on the ground.

Let’s make this moment the best!

Yes because waking up is the first thing you do before living your day so it’s important. The way you wake up has a strong influence on how you’re going to experience your day.

And the joy of waking up is that it happens everyday therefore I know I have another go at it tomorrow.

Making your life the best experience for yourself is up to you. I’m proposing to wake up in a healthy way. By healthy I mean in a way that supports your well-being.

Let’s do it! Let’s wake up!

Situation: Laying down asleep and realising you’re waking up.

Step 1: Become aware you’re waking up before you open your eyes. Breathe.

Step 2: Enjoy this moment to be here and now. Talk to yourself.

“I am waking up to a new day. I am alive and feel blessed to be. I love myself and I’m starting my day smiling”

Make your own waking up speech including gratitude and self-love.

Extra: Put your hands on your heart.

Step 3: Smile and open your eyes.


Yes you did it!

However you might feel your body or mind, take this moment to acknowledge yourself living and loving.
